KivoClas builds functional websites, applications and automation systems for businesses in the Dominican Republic. We work where the internal logic matters as much as the surface: users, roles, enquiries, payments, notifications, databases and management.
What we actually do
Our job is to create a clear, dependable tool that simplifies the work of the business and makes dealing with customers easier. Not a set of pages, but a system where an enquiry does not get lost, the calendar does not lie, and the owner sees the picture without ringing round the team.
We do not take projects for volume and we do not compete on lowest price. What matters to us is a clear brief, responsible collaboration and a result we are not embarrassed by.
Direct contact instead of broken telephone
In most agencies an account manager sits between the client and the developer. Requirements are relayed second-hand, details get lost, and it all surfaces at handover.
Here you discuss the project directly with the person who understands the architecture and answers for the result. That noticeably shortens the path from "we need it like this" to a working feature.
We know the local market
We understand how business works in a tourist region: why WhatsApp outweighs email, why a site needs at least three languages, and why connecting payments depends not on code but on company documents and bank requirements.
We verify those things before work starts rather than promising them in advance.
Our product
We built KivoClas
Showing a working product beats talking about capabilities. KivoClas is our classifieds app for Punta Cana: buying, selling and finding services.
Not a shop window or a landing page, but a working system with a database, users, chat, search and fifteen categories — from real estate and vehicles to services, jobs and electronics.
What was solved technically
A listing from a photograph
AI reads the image and writes the description — the user types nothing.
Translation into eight languages
A listing is published once and becomes available to anyone speaking another language.
Chat with live translation
The seller writes in Spanish, the buyer reads in Russian. Each in their own language.
Installs on the phone like an app
No App Store, no Google Play — straight from the browser. This is exactly the PWA we build for clients.
Smart search
Search understands the intent of the query, not just word matches.
Exactly the class of problem we sell: databases, roles, integrations, AI and multiple languages. The difference between "we can" and "we did" is that the second one can be opened and tried.
How we work
The problem first, the technology second
We define what problem the system must solve and only then choose what to build it on.
We invent nothing
We do not promise an integration before checking it is feasible. We do not quote timelines that the actual scope does not support.
The project outlives the launch
The system is designed so that a year later a branch, a language or a new payment method can be added without a rebuild.
Everything is fixed before the start
Scope, features and acceptance are set out in the technical specification. Anything that appears later is quoted separately and openly.
What we turn down
- Building "like theirs but cheaper", without working out what it does for your business.
- Working for a share of future profits with no fixed payment.
- Promising deadlines we know we will miss, just to win the job.
- Copying someone else's design, texts, brand or closed source code.
