Purpose of the site

The site presents the studio’s services and lets you send an enquiry. It is not a shop: nothing can be bought or paid for through it.

Prices on the site are indicative

All figures are given as “from” and serve to convey the order of magnitude of a budget. They do not constitute an offer and bind neither party.

The final cost is determined after the task has been analysed and is fixed in the proposal and the contract. It depends on the scope of work, the number of integrations, the timeline and other circumstances of the specific project.

The development timeframes shown are indicative and depend on the complexity of the project and how quickly the client provides materials.

What submitting an enquiry means

Sending the form or writing on WhatsApp starts a conversation; it does not conclude a contract. An enquiry places no obligation on you and creates none for us.

We reply within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee a response to every enquiry and may decline a project without giving reasons.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it without reservation. The site may contain inaccuracies, and prices and the scope of services may change without notice.

Whether a particular payment method, integration or external service can be connected depends on the country of business registration, the bank account, the company’s documents and the provider’s requirements. We verify this before starting work and do not promise outcomes in advance.

Rights in the site’s content

The texts, design, code and images of this site belong to KivoClas, S.R.L. They may not be copied for use in your own commercial materials.

Names and marks of third-party services belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify technologies and integrations.

Rights in work products

Rights in the materials developed, the handover of source code and licensing terms are set out in the contract for each project and agreed before development begins. This page does not determine them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information on the site, for the site being unavailable, or for the operation of third-party services we link to.

Liability in respect of a specific project is governed by the contract.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Dominican Republic. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of the company’s registered seat.
