How we work
The procedure is the same for every project and does not change midway. This page sets out what happens at each stage, what you are paying for, what is not included and how changes are handled.
Nine steps from the first conversation to a working system
First conversation
What the business is, where time and money leak today, what outcome is needed.
Process analysis
Users, roles, scenarios, integrations, constraints. {discovery}, credited towards the cost.
Technical specification
We fix the scope, the features and the order of delivery — no “we’ll figure it out later”.
Design and prototype
Page structure and the customer’s path to payment, as a clickable prototype.
Development in stages
Payment {milestones}; every stage ends in something you can open and check.
Demonstration
We show the intermediate result and validate the core logic.
Testing
Phones and computers, access rights, forms, payments, notifications.
Launch
Server, domain, services and training the staff to work with the system.
Warranty and growth
{warrantyFrom}–{warrantyTo} days of warranty, then support from {support} a month or work by request.
Payment terms
For most projects payment is split into three stages:
50%
Before development begins
30%
After the core functionality is demonstrated
20%
Before launch and handover
Large projects may be divided into additional stages. Development starts once the first stage is paid and the technical specification is approved.
What the price includes
- Analysis of the agreed task
- Structural design
- Development of the approved features
- Adaptation for mobile devices
- Admin panel, where one is planned
- Basic testing
- Deployment to the server
- A manual for the main features
- Warranty bug fixing
What it does not include
Unless the proposal says otherwise, the following are paid separately:
- Domain, hosting and server
- Payment fees and paid APIs
- SMS and WhatsApp Business API
- Translation and writing large volumes of copy
- Professional photography and video
- Advertising and promotion
- Third-party service licences
- Features not listed in the technical specification
Changes to requirements
All features and the scope are fixed before development begins. Anything raised after the technical specification is approved is quoted separately.
Fixing a defect and adding a feature are different kinds of work. The first is covered by the warranty; the second is quoted separately.
- description of the change
- cost
- effect on the timeline
- how it will be rolled out
Warranty
After launch there is a warranty period of 30 to 60 days depending on the project. During that time defects in features covered by the technical specification are fixed free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- new requests and features
- changes on the side of third-party services
- problems with third-party hosting
- actions by the client's staff
- changes made by other developers
- unpaid external services
- account and payment system suspensions
What we need from you
Information about the business, texts, photographs, prices, legal details, operating rules and access to the necessary services.
If materials arrive late, the launch date moves by the same amount. That is not a penalty but a consequence: development stops at the missing data.
