Privacy policy
Updated 24.07.2026
This document explains what data the site web.kivoclas.com collects, why, and
what happens to it afterwards.
The data controller is KivoClas, S.R.L., RNC 1-33-67772-5, Punta Cana,
Dominican Republic. Questions and requests: admin@kivoclas.com.
What we collect
The only place on this site where you give us data is the enquiry form. It is not required: you can reach us on WhatsApp or by email without filling in anything.
When you submit the form, you provide:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name | so we know how to address you |
| WhatsApp or phone | so we can reply |
| Approximate budget | so we can propose a suitable solution |
| Description of the task | so we can prepare for the conversation |
Alongside the enquiry we store technical details: the page language, the address of the page the form was sent from, the IP address and the browser string. These protect us from automated submissions and help us understand where enquiries come from.
The site collects nothing else. We do not ask for documents, payment details, addresses, or any information the law treats as a special category.
What we do not do
- We use no third-party counters. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no advertising trackers on this site. We measure visits with our own tool hosted on our own server: it sets no cookies, collects no identifiers and sends nothing outside. What is recorded is which page was opened, where the visit came from, the device type and the country — not tied to any individual.
- We use no cookies. The only thing the site stores in your browser is the language you chose. It is a technical record, it never leaves your device and it cannot identify you.
- We do not pass data to third parties. Enquiries do not go to external CRMs, mailing platforms or advertising networks. They stay on our server.
- We do not sell or share data for advertising. Never, under any circumstances.
Legal basis
We process the data because you sent it yourself and confirmed your consent by ticking the box on the form — that is, on the basis of your consent and in order to respond to your enquiry.
Where it is kept and for how long
Enquiries are stored in a database on our server in Europe. Only we have access: the directory is protected by operating system permissions and is not reachable from the internet.
Retention period: for as long as the enquiry is active and up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that the record is deleted. If the project goes ahead, project documentation is kept longer, as required by law and by the contract.
Your rights
You may:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- request its deletion;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
Write to admin@kivoclas.com — we will respond and act within 30 days, free of
charge.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The enquiry database sits outside the public part of the site and access to it is restricted by operating system permissions. The form is protected against automated submissions by rate limiting.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of transmission over the internet — nobody can — but we take reasonable protective measures.
Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and to our KivoClas application. Following those links places you under the policies of those services, for which we are not responsible.
Children
The site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Substantial changes affecting enquiries already submitted will be communicated to the contact you provided.
Applicable law
Data processing is governed by the law of the Dominican Republic, in particular Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
