Online stores

Catalogue, cart, payment and order management in one system. Not a shop window people message about, but a store where the order is placed and paid for on its own.

from 8,000 USD

Development time: 6–12 weeks

What holds sales back

  • Products live on Instagram, prices in chat, and orders have to be assembled by hand from a dozen conversations.
  • Stock does not add up: you sell what you do not have, or hold what sold out long ago.
  • The customer is ready to pay now, but there is nowhere to pay, so they go away to think.

What the work includes

Catalogue

  • Products, categories and filters
  • Variants: size, colour, configuration
  • Stock levels and availability
  • Catalogue import from a spreadsheet

Purchase

  • Cart and checkout
  • Online card payment
  • Delivery and pickup with cost calculation
  • Promo codes and discounts

Orders

  • Order statuses and change history
  • Customer notifications at every step
  • Customer purchase history
  • Sales and product reports

The order journey

  1. The buyer finds the product through filters or search.
  2. Adds it to the cart, picks delivery, enters a promo code.
  3. Pays by card — the order is created and stock is deducted.
  4. Gets notifications as it is packed and shipped.
  5. You see the order, the report, and what sells and what sits.

Frequently asked questions

Can products be migrated from an existing catalogue?

Yes. Import from a spreadsheet or another store export is a separate service; the volume and quality of the source data are assessed in advance.

Which payment methods are available in the Dominican Republic?

It depends on the country of business registration, the bank account and company documents. We check the specific provider requirements before starting and do not promise a connection in advance.

Do I need a store if I sell through Instagram?

Instagram stays as a traffic source, but an order is neither placed nor paid for there. A store removes the manual assembly of orders and makes sales measurable.
