AI and automation
AI pays off where there is a lot of repetitive text work: triaging an enquiry, translating a conversation, matching an option, drafting a description. We build it into the existing system rather than putting a toy next to it.

Where it pays for itself
- A salesperson spends hours writing to customers in three languages.
- The same questions arrive twenty times a day and the answer is written afresh each time.
- Descriptions for a hundred products or properties were needed yesterday.
What the work includes
Handling enquiries
- AI assistant on the site and in the messenger
- Answers to common questions from your own material
- Enquiry classification and routing to the right person
- Two-way translation of the conversation
Working with content
- Drafting product and property descriptions
- Draft commercial proposals
- Matching a service or product to the customer’s request
Analytics
- Conversation analysis: what is asked most, where customers drop off
- Suggestions to staff during the conversation
How it is built in
- We work out which work repeats and how much time it eats.
- We pick tasks where a mistake is cheap — that is where we start.
- We build it inside the existing system, not alongside it.
- We keep a human in the loop wherever the decision touches money.
- We measure the time saved and expand based on the result.
Who it fits
Companies with multilingual correspondence · Tourism and rentals · Real estate with a large catalogue · Shops with hundreds of products · Customer support · Any business where chat is the main channel
What is paid separately
- Model usage charges — billed on actual consumption
- Training a custom model from scratch
- Any guarantee of complete accuracy in answers
- Automatic decisions about money without human confirmation
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no price shown?
Because it depends entirely on the task: answering common questions and analysing thousands of conversations are jobs of different size. An estimate follows the analysis; often it makes sense to start with the paid analysis.
AI can get it wrong and tell the customer nonsense.
It can. That is why we do not put it where a mistake is expensive: prices, commitments and deadlines are confirmed by a person. AI answers the routine, translates and prepares drafts; it does not decide for you.
Do we need an existing system for this?
Preferably. AI amplifies what already works: if enquiries are not stored anywhere, there is nothing to automate. Usually the CRM or booking comes first, with AI on top.
