CRM and internal systems
A system where everything is visible: who enquired, who owns it, what was promised, what was paid. Not a box the business has to be bent around, but logic built on how you already work.

Development time: from 10 weeks
Signs it is time
- Enquiries live in staff members' personal chats. When someone leaves, the customers leave too.
- The owner cannot answer "how many deals are in progress" without ringing round the team.
- Who promised what to whom only surfaces when the customer reminds you.

How the work changes
- An enquiry arrives from the form, WhatsApp, or is entered manually.
- An owner is assigned and a task with a deadline is created.
- The status moves with the negotiation and the history is kept.
- Stage payments are marked and overdue ones are immediately visible.
- The owner opens a report and sees the picture without calling anyone.

Frequently asked questions
How is this better than an off-the-shelf subscription CRM?
It is not, if your process fits someone else’s logic — then it is more honest to take the ready-made one. A custom system is warranted when the process is not standard, when the subscription costs disproportionately, or when logic is needed that the box does not have.
Staff will not want to keep the system updated. What then?
Design it so that using it is faster than not using it. If the enquiry arrives on its own and tasks remind you themselves, resistance is settled by practice, not by an order.
Can we start small?
Yes, and usually you should. The first stage is the customer database and the pipeline; reports, documents and automation come once the system has taken root.
